Good menu great food amazing staff brilliant finish to a good holiday
I recently tried out the Sunday roast and won't be going again. We said we were having a sunday roast and were shown to our table , but then were just ignored. After half an hour I had to ask a passing waitress to take our order. The roast appeared 15 mins later. I can't complain about quality of the meal, which was excellent, but a small plate of vegetables between three adults was just plain mean. We had the most amazing stay at The Crown Inn. The double room was cosy and the little small touches of treats in the room were a delight. Would highly recommend this venue. For food I was concerned the pub might be quiet for dinner. It was heaving on a Tuesday night with locals and guests. We had fish of the day sea bass and a local burger. Both were very tasty and worth the small wait. Anyone thinkng of eating or staying here I would highly recommend.
