We stayed here in October for a nearby wedding. We loved our stay and felt we had gone back in time (in a good way). The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was good. The atmosphere was welcoming and the decor was pretty good. We also really loved being able to charge our hybrid car on site. We hadn't been to Southwold before so it was lovely to stay right in the midst with an easy walk along the beach. Thank you, we'll be back.
Really enjoyed our stay at the Crown. Staff were professional and really helpful and the building itself is nicely furnished throughout. We have a 14 month old child and everything was taken care of, from sleeping arrangements to evening meal. I've put 4 stars for the room as it was maybe a little dated, but overall very comfortable. I look forward to our next visit!
