Dirty cups left in room and rubbish in a bag bin in the bathroom not emptied, Dirty sheets left outside and rubbish for two days, No breakfast kitchen closed,went to check out but no one was around all locked up.
We stayed one night in the hotel. The room was larger than expected, clean and comfortable with large king sized bed and bathroom with and shower along with kettle and coffee machine with pods. We stayed in an internal room up a lot of stairs so not easily accessible for those with limited mobility but they did however have ground floor pet friendly rooms externally that have been converted from the old stables of this historic building that is located on cobbled Street Lane in the centre of knutsford.
