An absolute gem of a hotel in the heart of Manchester. I’ve stayed here twice and will definitely come again. The staff are lovely, the breakfasts are delicious and beautifully presented, with good coffee. There are so many little touches that make your stay optimal, such as the good hairdryer and hair straighteners/curling tongs and plenty of hooks to hang things on (I never understand why other hotels don’t have more hooks!). Amazing stay here, we knew the area as had stayed in the easy hotel over the road previously...now this place is something else!! All in a similar price range! The staff 5*, the rooms and decor 5*, the little touches 5*! Honestly the team could not do enough!! The decor reminded us of being abroad, honestly we were amazed!! We will be back, and very soon indeed!
Loved it. The small details, from the sweets with key, The local restaurant guide, Breakfast in bed, complimentary hot drinks on room service etc, really couldn't fault it. Will defo be 1st choice for a room in Manchester in the future ,thanks again 😀
