Verified Renter We moved into Cortland on Cherry Creek at the beginning of January. Our living experience has been great thus far! We love our new home. Maintenance has been super quick to address any needs that we have had, our neighbors have been friendly, and we love being so close to the Cherry Creek Trail.
Verified Renter I will never recommend anybody live at the Covington. Never in my life have I received such a distasteful and rude resident experience as this one. Coming from someone who has lived in 8-10 different apartment complexes across 3 different states over the past decade, this is not how a company succeeds.
