Verified Renter This apartment has a lot of potential if the staff listened to our complaints. Mailbox has been broken into multiple times. After giving them many suggestions like cameras or a gate installed, no action has been taken after many months of us waiting. Place is always sketchy after hours. Cars are littered on the main street, most appear to be non functioning. Lack of security, high rent and unresponsive leasing staff. Would not recommend.

When I toured the apartment originally, Miranda was super kind and patient with me even though I was late to our scheduled time. The day we moved in, we noticed a small leak in our bathroom and maintenance was in the door within 15 minutes and solved the problem for us. Verified Renter The cleanliness of the landscape in general is great, the building however could use a bit more work. Our building specifically has a lot of stains and trash around the stairs and outside or apartment doors. That is the only improvement I would suggest.

Verified Renter It’s been fours years since I moved to Cortland on Cherry Ceeek and it has been a great experience as far as the people who work in the leasing office and the maintenance guys. They all do their best to get things done.
Verified Renter This is one of my favorite apartments I’ve lived in! Everything is updated and there’s tons of natural light. The grounds and parking lot are well kept. Maintenance is super personable and quick to respond. The staff in the front office are very friendly and get to know their residence. The amenities are a nice bonus and always clean and well kept.
