Verified Renter I moved in about 10 months ago this coming November (2020). I moved with my spouse and our car and a cat. We have a 2bd 2ba apt, and it is our favorite rental place we have lived. There are the usual community issues, garage break ins, landscaping issues, dog mess, and the 'Dog Park' is a fenced in mud pit. While I dont have a dog, the break ins were concerning. Verified Renter I love how big and roomy the apartments are while still feeling very open. The maintenance team has never made me wait longer than a day before fixing what needs done. As well as everyone in the office is very professional and friendly. Overall an outstanding place to live and call home.

Verified Renter I can no longer afford to live at the Covington. I've lived here for 12 years and I've never received any incentives. All they do is raise the rent.

Perfect place to call home! I have lived at this property for almost 3 years. I highly recommend it! Management and office staff are amazing, pleasant and helpful. Maintenance is probably the best I have EVER encountered. I have never had to wait even 24 hours to have repairs addressed. The community is well kept, clean and safe. Nothing but happiness here.
