Verified Renter Maintenance men are great. The trail is awesome. Neighbors are okay. Sometimes it’s noisy here. Parking could be improved. Overall it could be better but also could be wayyyy worse.

Don’t recommend ’m extremely disappointed by the way the leasing office choose to handle car and other thefts here, which have been extremely prevalent. My car was broken into twice, and when it tried to post something to the community board to warn other residents, the leasing office removed the two posts. Surely in attempt to cover up the amount of theft happening here to not ward off current and potential residents. The parcel lockers have been broken into and remain unfixed for months.
