Don't do it I only lived here for a 1 year but Update!!!! Hard for a complex with 2 burnt down buildings to be called "Beautiful". This neighborhood has gone downhill in the last few months and now that we have moved I can speak. It's like a college party everynight. I had to report cigarette smoking 4 times a week in a smoke free community... Yet nothing gets done even considering the last building burnt down to a cigarette on a balcony. Dog friendly, safe and affordable! The units are updated and have a lot of room. Great complex with amenities; dog park, pool, hot tub, gym ect. Definitely worth it, and the staff is awesome - the manager Sophia is great!!!

I've been living... (Verified Renter) I've been living in apartments for 30 + years and as far as I can recall I have never lived in a community where they actually care about their renters, until I moved here. Their maintenance team is great too. I don't think I've had to wait more than a couple hours to get a maintenance issue fixed. If I ever move it will definitely be to another Cortland property.

No place is... (Verified Renter) No place is perfect, but friendly staff that do their best to make sure life is as comfortable as possible helps a lot! Snow removal isnt perfect, but 100x times better than the last property management company I lived under. Also, appreciate that the year round pool and hot tub are well cared for daily, and available for use. The gym is incredible, but personally kept too warm.
The Covington is... (Verified Renter) The Covington is cozy, and not only are the staff super friendly, but the community is great too. Cute little dog park, fireplace, 24 hour fitness, heated pool... I feel simply spoiled living here.
