Verified Renter While expensive, Cortland on Cherry Creek provides a great location with gorgeous landscaping and friendly & professional staff that remain attentive to resident requests on an ongoing basis. The community is very pet-friendly with the Cherry Creek Reservoir walking path running along the backside of the property for easy access. Amenities center around a large pool area with plenty of room to enjoy the 300 days of sun we have here in Colorado.

The Community benefits from a recently renovated pool area with ample room for R&R pool-side. The community is also located close to the beautiful Cherry Creek trail.
just say no They wanted to raise our rent by 22% during the pandemic last June/July. After mentioning that I would be reaching out to the local media, they came back with only a 5-8% increase. The parking lot has needed a good sweeping and painting for the past year and a half. The pool time on the west side of the complex has needed work for the past 3 summers.
