I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived in many apartments and this one is by far my favorite!!! Love my kitchen!! The resort like pool!! And the community feel!!
No place is... (Verified Renter) No place is perfect, but friendly staff that do their best to make sure life is as comfortable as possible helps a lot! Snow removal isnt perfect, but 100x times better than the last property management company I lived under. Also, appreciate that the year round pool and hot tub are well cared for daily, and available for use. The gym is incredible, but personally kept too warm.
The Covington is... (Verified Renter) The Covington is cozy, and not only are the staff super friendly, but the community is great too. Cute little dog park, fireplace, 24 hour fitness, heated pool... I feel simply spoiled living here.
Pros: Friendly staff... (Verified Renter) Pros: Friendly staff both in front office and maintenance. Most of the maintenance request are fulfilled relatively quick. Clean overall community Cons: remodeling is done with lower than a poor level of contractors. Be prepared to have issues throughout the apartment.
I like living... (Verified Renter) I like living here. The staff are great and the apartments are beautiful and generous for the money. The building's are attractive, and most of the staff bend over backwards to help you.

When we moved... (Verified Renter) When we moved in it was a great place/ location my dad came to visit, there were no "guest parking" spots, he wasn't here 24 hours and with no warning they had him towed.. its a no smoking community, which is fine with me, but the office calls me to let me know someone complained about smelling cigarette smoke from my apartment. We don't smoke... done moving out, just like a lot have moved
