Great leasing staff... (Verified Renter) Great leasing staff and love the activities and events they do!!! We really like the unit we lease. Parking is a little challenging but overall this community is really great! Even has a little dog park and they are great about keeping up the grounds. Really enjoy being here.

Concerned About The Covington In 2016, Covington's new owner, Cortland Partners, decided to upgrade the units again. Completely unnecessary. New unit construction is poor and impractical. Cheap faucets, low quality washer and dryer, sharp edges to all drawers and cupboards. Yeah, it looks nice, but seriously not functional. These apartments will not hold up as the old ones did. Sad. Taylor Ann is the best! We love this place! Taylor Ann is the best and Ashley, Kendra and Julie are all great too! The community is beautiful and kept up well. The residents are all very nice and quiet. All apartments are being updated with wood floors and stainless steel appliances. Maintenance is quick and courteous.
Poor management/poor construction We have been here since 2011. Cortland is the 3rd management company. Don't be fooled by the remodeled/updated apartments. Although they look nice, construction is poor and fixtures are substandard. Maintenance crew will have to called repeatedly to fix your problems from plumbing to faucets fixture repairs. Washer and dryer are low end and are not efficient. Add to that, continued wafts is marijuana smoking, barking dogs and massive amounts of dog waste! Seems like Cortland would rather giv... read more
Current but soon to be leaving resident. I have lived here for seven years, and until recently, had no plan to move. However, I just received my lease renewal and my rent is going up almost $250.00 come January. This ought to tell you the new management, Cortland Properties has no loyalty to long-term renters. I have never been late paying my rent, nor have I had any complaints made against me. Was better when I moved in I moved into my apartment here in March of 2014. For two years everything was great. This spring they changed management from Griffis to Cortland Partners. Since then, it has been nothing but problems. The maintenance requests no longer provide you with a time frame to request for someone to come to your apartment, which I appreciated due to my pets. The Covington on Cherry Creek Spacious, light saturated apartments with gas fireplaces, alarms, crown moulding, French balcony doors, and soaking tubs. Superbly constructed for silence between apartments and floors. Office staff handles packages well, is friendly, and takes outside noise complaints seriously,. Security service at night.
