The complex is... (Verified Renter) The complex is amazing, especially the club house. The staff is amazing and Chane even helped move boxes during move in. I still owe him lunch for that since he definitely didn't need to do that. The apartment itself is nice and cozy and the neighbors all seem respectful so far. Great experience so far and hoping this will be home for a while.

Great leasing staff... (Verified Renter) Great leasing staff and love the activities and events they do!!! We really like the unit we lease. Parking is a little challenging but overall this community is really great! Even has a little dog park and they are great about keeping up the grounds. Really enjoy being here.

Concerned About The Covington In 2016, Covington's new owner, Cortland Partners, decided to upgrade the units again. Completely unnecessary. New unit construction is poor and impractical. Cheap faucets, low quality washer and dryer, sharp edges to all drawers and cupboards. Yeah, it looks nice, but seriously not functional. These apartments will not hold up as the old ones did. Sad. Taylor Ann is the best! We love this place! Taylor Ann is the best and Ashley, Kendra and Julie are all great too! The community is beautiful and kept up well. The residents are all very nice and quiet. All apartments are being updated with wood floors and stainless steel appliances. Maintenance is quick and courteous.
Poor management/poor construction We have been here since 2011. Cortland is the 3rd management company. Don't be fooled by the remodeled/updated apartments. Although they look nice, construction is poor and fixtures are substandard. Maintenance crew will have to called repeatedly to fix your problems from plumbing to faucets fixture repairs.
