Fernando is a lovely guy who was very professional and kind throughout the waxing procedure. Since it was my first time getting waxed, I was worried about the pain and the whole thing being uncomfortable and although it did hurt - bearably so - the whole process was quick and Fernando made me feel comfortable throughout.
So clean & professional. Staff all incredibly friendly and eased any tension I had.
I’ve been away for such a long time working and felt out of whack. Fernando gave me the best massage, felt like I was walking on clouds as I left. Just the pick me up I needed!
