RecommendedI love the incredible amenities at Lumen-- the pool, the state of the art gym, the coffee station and rooftop are amazing! The building is always kept clean. Also, the staff are very attentive and accommodating.

RecommendedLumen is a beautiful property no doubt however what really helped my decision to stay was the property manager Sheka. Her personality when I visited was simply amazing. What’s even better, that personality has never changed over a year later. Rob and Nicole are also awesome. Properties can usually compete with each other but those that manage the place makes the difference.

RecommendedLocation, Location, Location! I have been a resident of Lumen Grant Park for well over a year and love living here. The best part for me is the ease of access to the major highways to get to work, but also the amount of restaurants that are easily walkable from my apartment. The amenities are top notch as well from the amazing view from the rooftop lounge to the pool that reminds me of being at an upscale hotel to the gym which offers plenty of equipment to get the perfect workout in. The apartment is gorgeous, the amenities are amazing and unlike every other experience I’ve had at apartments with poor leasing office experiences the leasing office here is AMAZING. Robb was one of the main reasons I chose this place! He is so professional and makes sure all the residents are taken care of
