RecommendedWe have lived here for 6 months so far and have had a wonderful experience. The apartments are spacious and very well maintained. The leasing and maintenance staff are always helpful and very kind. When we have had any maintenance requests, they were taken care of immediately. We really enjoy living here at The Cove.

RecommendedI have lived at the Cove for a few years now and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. We are like a little town amongst ourselves. My neighbors have become family, the staff have become dear friends and the maintenance crew are always there to be counted on. Being a father with a little girl, safety for her is always my number 1 priority. The Cove at Priest Lake is a safe and wonderful place to raise children and I am so thankful that this is where my little girl will remember being raised. I love living here.

RecommendedGreat place to live. The office and the maintenance staff are wonderful to work with. I enjoy picking my packages up and hanging at the office with the locals and staff! The grounds are well kept and the pool is amazing. shout out to Jess the complex manager who saved my party and loaned me one of their beverage dispenser for our Sangria! we are so happy we are renewing our lease again!
