Recommendedwe moved in 3 months ago and love it here. Apts are spacious and secure and the security here is great. We worked with Heather and Jeanna but everyone is so great to us. The big thing to us was stuff fixed in a timely manner and the cost is comparable to other places that do not offer what they do. We hope to be here a long time and would recommend it to anyone. THEY ARE GREAT

We have been living here for four years and can’t find a negative thing to say. The staff has been wonderful and maintenance is always so quick and professional with any repairs. Thank you so much for making this a great place to live!
I just moved from Florida. Katharine was so great with answering all my questions and helping with all my concerns! It’s so beautiful here and close to everything. My dog absolutely loves the views we have from our patio. Could not be happier!
I've only been living here for a month, however the scenery is beautiful, the pool makes you feel like you're at a luxury resort, the community and the people in it stand together, only 15 minutes from downtown, and the staff was very patient and helpful in our transition from Wisconsin. The only negative that I have seen in the past month is some floorboards creek (to be expected) in which I'm sure the neighbors below me don't like.

I seriously do not want to live anywhere else. Everyone here is so pleasant. Neighbors are great and peaceful. Great mix of younger people and family’s! Apartments are gorgeous, staff is absolutely top notch! Never thought I’d have such a wonderful experience here. I’ve only been here for a few months but I can already tell I’ll be resigning. Thanks you guys for being great!!
The best thing about this whole Corona Virus "quarantine thing" is living at The Cove at Priest Lake! The weather has been nice lately and opening the patio door brings in the breeze blowing and the birds chirping, especially in the morning. There is literally no more peaceful sound!

Out of all the properties I've lived at in the past, I was blown away with how quickly the office staff, maintenance crew, and even my neighbors knew me by name. I was also shocked to see how much programming and events they put on, whether it's celebrating National Food Days in the office, Summer Luau Parties at the pools, or even standing out in the parking lot giving breakfast on-the-go.
