RecommendedLumen Grant Park is centrally located in Grant Park; walkable to restaurants on Memorial Dr., Oakland Cemetery and Grant Park. The community amenities are very nice & contemporary. Great gym & provided equipment. The gym can feel crowded when there are more than 4 people, but it only feels like that because the "gym" people take over more than one machine during their routine. RecommendedWhy would I recommend Brooke Mill? Quite simple. Amazing Staff! They always go above and beyond for what is needed. They always make sure you're happy. I've lived here for almost 6 years and I can't say one bad thing about Brooke Mill and staff.
DISGUSTING experience. Lies and more lies from management and not a safe place to live. Outrageous prices for a start and then they hit you with stupid charges when you leave. DISHONEST people!! Avoid at all costs
