RecommendedAs a 15 month resident, I can say The Cove is the best all around complex I’ve lived in around the Hermitage/Donelson area. The sense of community is nice, well groomed grounds, a wonderful atmosphere at the pools in the summer. A great sense of community and perfect for young adults and families alike. An amazing and friendly office staff. Quick and responsive maintenance. Lots of dog owners in the community, and the amenities are nice. I definitely recommend The Cove to anyone looking to move to the area.
The staff in the office have always been pleasant and accommodating. On 7/28/2018, It was nearing the time for the office to close and It was my move out date. I went by the office and they allowed me to put the keys under the door since they were leaving. No problem. Prior to moving out I got a letter that said I would owe a carpet cleaning fee, last utility bill and had attached the instructions for moving out which were: Carpet cleaning fee- $125 Electricity- Call NES t...Continue Reading
