RecommendedWe have lived here for over 6 years snd have really enjoyed it. The office personnel are kind and get complaints handled immediately. They enforce the noise ordinance, which is a huge plus for us as we get up early and need our rest at night. I feel safe and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Maintenance is also quick to fix anything necessary, when reported. Highly recommend it!!
Make sure all visitors leave before dark or they will be towed with a $150 fine. “I’ve had two towing bills now” Parking is a mess, visitor lot is always full and they recommend you to have guest park all the way at target and go pick them up ... $225 late fees occur within 24 hours if you do not bring your payment by the office. What happen with the front gate ? ...it's has been a month since is broken and any body can enter to the complex ...part of the attractive and reason that I diced to living here is because the privacy and security that brings the control access that the gate offer ....as the same way that you guys espect that we pay the rent on time we espect a better service in order to fix the front gate ...son when you are going to fix the front gate ? 😠 ...or a least give a discount on the monthly rent to compensate for the inconvenienc... read more
