Gel polish not put on very well. Looked bad. Within 1 week started flaking off and chipping. Not growing out like it's suppose too. Called them they said gel polish nails are not guaranteed for more than 48 hrs. So you pay £20 to last a few days.!! Really not worth the money. Will not be back. Will not recommend.

Awfully service , first and last time. Never going back there. Was dismissed when I asked what I wanted and they started to talk about me in their language which I found very rude

I had my acrylic nails soaked off at Cottage Nails in West Malling in March 2024 with their Acetone and it burnt all my fingers, real nails and nail beds. My hands were a medical mess. Just wanted people to know this happened to me at Cottage Nails as my hands and nails are still recovering after seeing my doctor for medical treatment, after 7 months!!!

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and that speaks volumes. Fast with impeccable finish, what more could you want?!

they are very nice people but the acrylic nails them self are a bit hit and miss. sometimes you will get a really clean set and other times you get a very messy result, even with just white french tips. i definitely wouldn’t recommend getting nails for an important event done here, or a complex design, but if your not that bothered then it’s fine. hope this helps!
