The Cottage is the perfect getaway. Very tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped with everything you need. It's situated not even five minutes from the sea and just next door to the charming Town Mill with small shop, restaurants and a micro brewery, as well as to the River Lim Path. It's tucked away in a small garden where you can have your breakfast in peace listening only to the birds and the river. This cottage is wonderfully located on the river Lym, two minutes walk from restaurants and the sea. Passing a gorgeous cobbled quarter one minute from the cottage to sit, eat, drink. The cottage is so comfortable, spacious and oozes good taste. Wonderful colours, fabrics and artistic delights. Will be back!
We had the most wonderful stay at Brook Cottage. It was impeccably and beautifully decorated, had everything we needed to be cosy and comfortable, and was perfectly situated in Lyme Regis. The walk into town and the seafront is easy and the hosts were so helpful in helping us organise our stay. We can't wait to come back, thank you.
Loved our stay at Brook Cottage. It was super cute and cosy, had all the facilities we needed and is a short stroll from the beach, shops and restaurants. Will definitely be booking to stay here again next time we're in Lyme.
Stunning cottage in a superb location. Just a stone's throw from the sea and all the awesome restaurants Lyme Regis has to offer. The interior is brilliantly done and booking was a breeze. Matt and Mila are lovely. It's the perfect place for a getaway.
