We have just returned home from a wonderful week spent in Tuckers Cottage. The location is excellent for walking down to the harbour and shops plus Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches. The cottage was clean, warm and lamps lit for our arrival, we had received a text informing us the cottage was ready before the due arrival time. Both the owners and cottage boutiques were marvellous, answering e mails swiftly and our request to leave an hour later than usual was agreed within a short space of time. Stayed at the Fishes during February half term. Property was lovely and warm upon arrival with some complimentary goodies. Property was clean and perfect for what we wanted. Will be booking there again.
We have just returned from 8 nights at Sailor’s Rest in Carbis Bay and I just wanted to say THANK YOU from us all for a wonderful stay. Sailor’s Rest is stunning and was absolutely perfect for our family of 7. Spotlessly clean, beautifully styled and decorated, the perfect layout and amenities, and in a fab location. Lovely venue for 5 nights in st ives. Compact cottage but not short of anything. Short walk to pubs and restaurants. The dog loved the beach. We loved it and would definitely be back.
