Went there to celebrate 40th wedding anniversary. Chose this place based on reviews of the food. On arrival there was dedicated parking for guests, which was a good start. We were shown to our room promptly. The room was very spacious and well appointed. The free decanter of sherry was a nice touch. However, the room wasn't very warm. Brilliant setting, great service and food that is commensurate with its reputation. Fantastic lunch and would highly recommend.
This place seems very nice, the staff are all very helpful and friendly, the food was excellent and reasonable priced.
We stayed the night at the Cornish Arms and hosted a meal in the restaurant. The accomodation and meal were faultless. We had one of the bedroom suites and it was spacious and comfortable. We had Sunday Lunch here and it was amazing! The roast pork and ox cheek were delicious. Service was really attentive.
