Ray is a great technician! He arrived on time and completed the maintenance work quickly and efficiently. I have not had any problems with the system The Cooling Company installed two years ago (which I got for a great price). I highly recommend The Cooling Company.

Being a senior, I have had years of experience with all kinds of service people and organizations. We had a recent issue that was frustrating to me and opened the door for a potentially big bill since the cause of the problem was unknown to me. My ac went out when the temp in vegas was 118. The service techs came right away and found the problem. After 25 years I needed a whole new system which they installed 2 days later. The techs name was Josh and he saw my dilemma and called his boss. I am 87 years old and on oxygen full time. They went to their warehouse and came back with 2 portable ac units. There was no charge for the air and they installed my new unit by himself on his day off in just 4 hours. I would highly recommend this company.

This company was highly recommended to us. We called on Sunday night and made an appt for the next day. Ray showed up on time and was very personable. He's efficient and knowledgeable about their products and would seek an answer if he's not sure. We're very pleased with the work they've done and very impressed with their team work. Ray even helped clean up after the installation.

We recently had to replace both air conditioning units at our house. We hired the cooling company for the job and could not have been more pleased.They are very knowledgable and friendly. We called on 8:30AM 9/8/2013 (Sunday morning) Our service technician Ray was at the door in less than 2 hours. Ray quickly diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what is was and how he intended to fix it. He was done with the repair before I was even done with breakfast. He was professional, quick, clean and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend The Cooling Company to anyone!

The technician Ray was great. He was on time. He explained everything and gave me a repair price before starting work. He worked quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up the repair area when he was done. He was very professional and also personable. I wish the other service technicians I've dealt with recently were as professional. I had The Cooling Company come in for a large commercial job. I actually found them through YP and they had great reviews. And those reviews were right! These guys were great! And they followed up a couple times to make sure everything is working to our satisfaction. I highly recommend The Cooling Company for commercial or residential jobs. They're great!

The Cooling Company is phenomenal. . I hired The Cooling Company after having a bad experience with another air conditioning company. I had purchased and installed a top of the line Lennox air conditioning system. The other company was very late in getting the job done; screwed up my ducting system; and charged me a fortune.
