Excellent service! Of course all air conditioner problems in August in Las Vegas are emergencies but I called them on a weekend and they showed up. (Called 4 companies and only 2 showed at all). They were very professional and gave me a very competitive bid with great workmanship. Would highly recommend this company.
Saturday evening in August the AC stopped working. Called around 10:00 pm, Technician was at the house by midnight, replaced two capacitors and the AC was up and running again by 1:00 am. I would like to commend the tech, Ray. He was extremely courteous and made sure I understood what options were available for the repairs. Quickly repaired the unit and was back cooling in less than 90 minutes! I am extremely grateful for their excellent service and will be sure to call the Cooling Company for any future HVAC work needed.
The owner personally supervised the installation of a 17 SEER Lennox air conditioning unit, plus a gas furnace, which was to replace my existing 15-year old units. I want to say that this is the best company out there, very professionals, fair and comparable prices. I called them on a 100 degree day, around 3 pm, and by 7pm the tech was at my house and fixed the issue with my a/c, the invoice was done right away and the service was perfect. I am very glad I found them, I always prefer to deal with family owned companies than the big franchising companies that dont really care about customer service. I give them 5 star anytime!!
Called The Cooling Company @ 7:30 this morning, and Erick was arrived an hour later. He is knowledgeable and efficient. I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with the team at TCC. I purchased a home in Henderson and found that I had an issue with the gas fireplace. After calling several companies and not receiving a call back or being told they don't do fireplaces, I got a hold of TCC.
