I do not enjoy having to call A/C technicians twice in 3 months (a separate problem with a separate unit this time), but once again, I am so grateful that I found TCC to do the job. Just like last time, service was prompt, professional, extremely friendly and priced well under what anyone else would have charged me. Thank you Wellington for being such and upstanding person and thank you, thank you, thank you TCC for remaining some of the only honest, dependable people left out there.

Highly recommended. Extremely happy with our new system and service provided. A week after the new installation, we had some problem. We called the company. A tech guy came in within an hour and suggested to buy a new thermostat. We got one from Homedepot and called them again. The same guy came within 15 mins. He installed the new thermostat for us. Excellent service!

I want to let you know that the service provide by Junior was above expectation. It appeared that the fan was not starting when needed and sure enough he found the root cause and corrected. I would recommend The Cooling Company to others and have locked them into my contacts. This is one of the most professional companies I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I usually can tell what the quality of a company I am going to deal with by the receptionist I first encounter. Ashley was totally professional and always pleasing to deal with. I had the AC go out on my rental property over the weekend and I couldn't wait for the warranty place to send out a tech. After reading reviews online, I called the Cooling Company and they got a tech out quickly. Wellington diagnosed the problem, the motor, and replaced it. After fixing the motor, he found that the fan was unbalanced and causing the motor to burn out. He didn't have the replacement fan so he lent my tenants a portable AC unit to keep cool until he could get the replacement part.

Fast service, competitive on low prices on Lenox and major brand healting and cooling systems. Estimator came out with in 2 hrs. of calling installation team arrived at at 12:00pm. and team stayed till 8:00 pm when new airconditioning system completed. Team arrived clean and left every area they worked in as if they had never been there, no additonal clean up required. Bottom line is that this company is very honest and reputable to work with. I have finally found an honest AC company! My job was a little tricky because I was converting a garage into a room, and they knew just how to do it and did it quickly and for less than other contractors. They gave me a few options and didn't pressure me to take the higher priced one. I am very happy with the work and I will be calling ONLY The Cooling Company from now on!

I liked the fact that Mr. Wellington put on plastic shoe covers before entering the house, took them off when he went back to his truck, then putting them on again on re-entering. He was very friendly, personable, and likable. The job was scheduled for 9:00 PM but he called me several hours earlier and said he could be at my home in 30 minutes since he finished his other jobs early. Payment was convenient through my charge card.
