My Aprilaire electronic air filter had not been working properly for more than 2 years - the blue light was out and despite three different A/C companies being out to my home, no one was able to diagnose it and make the repair UNTIL I CALLED TCC AND GOT ERICK TO HELP ME. He solved the problem (ordered the parts that I needed and replaced them) and did so in such a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. My lucky day! Beginning with meeting Joanna, learning about The Cooling Company, to Erick Osuna arriving at my home in 2 1/2 hours, to an air conditioning unit that is now spitting ice-cubes! What a professional group of individuals! Erick, the most knowledgeable technician, provided professional education and showed me what needed to be repaired. Efficient and Honest!!! It went very well. The tech, Cesar, was very polite, efficient and honest. The only thing wrong with our unit is that the breaker had been tripped...He reset it and checked the unit in detail to make sure everything else was good. Some companies would try to blame the breaker tripping on a faulty part of the unit, but not Cesar. He was honest and gave us tips on how to run our A/C's more efficiently to prolong the life of the units. We have a 2 story house with 2 A/C units. We will use The Cooling Com... read more

We just purchased the Golf Course in the Tuscany Community in Henderson - now Chimera Golf Course we needed emergency repair to one of the air conditioners in the restaurant area. Wellington, the owner showed up within 45 minutes and had it up and working in no time. Not often that you call and get the owner of the company out. The office staff at The Cooling Company was also very accommodating and very polite. I will move my business over to The Cooling Company - 5 + stars! Thanks for the great service.

I highly recommend this company! My tech was Cesar. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with my air conditioning units. He made the repairs and never tried any high pressure tactics to get me to purchase new units. I am glad I found this company!

This was my second visit by The Cooling Company, this was to have my filters changed, Erich came out again, I felt good because it was the same person on our second visit. He was on time, dressed, acted was very professional. He was very nice and polite. He went through my next 2 times per our contract that he will be here and what he will be doing. I am extremely satisfied with your company.
