The Cooling Company is the only company I use for my heater/air conditioner. They provide fast Courteous service. No extra costs or add ons.
The technician was early extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was quick with change of filter. Would highly recommend The Cooling Company for purchase of air conditioning needs and service.
The company is responsive to your needs. I called in the afternoon with an AC problem and they were out that evening.

I know this company for a long time, first time like 8 years ago or more or needed for our heat , was not working and they came here to fix it even though it was already dark and Sunday, After that we became client and changed our AC with them and it was working great for the last 7 years and this weekend quit, but we called them and they came immediately and fix it, the technician Carlos was very nice , polite and kew what he was doing. Thanks very much again for an excellent response specially in a very very hot weekend.
I had an issue with my AC unit. Fortunately I have a maintenance contract ( be sure you get one - it's a smart investment here in the desert ). I called and they worked me into the schedule quickly. The technician was professional, polite, efficient and solved the problem. IT IS SO NICE DEALING WITH A COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST.
