Paid £3000 in January 2025 for retrospective planning. Was quoted 12 - 16 weeks. Still waiting. Absolute shambles. Can never get hold of anyone, specifically Chris, to get a straight answer. Avoid like the plague

I thought the fact that they were expensive would mean that they would offer good service, but they have taken our £1650 deposit for multiple works around the house, took away some decorative bricks, installed the wrong type of gallow brackets in less than a day, and then disappeared, ignoring any type of contact from us. They have have been ignoring our emails, our phone calls, our facebook messages. We probably seemed like easy targets to them, being immigrants.
