I don’t have much to compare the facilities at the conditioning club to, but what I can tell you is that becoming a member, and training sessions with Sam have changed my life significantly for the better. The atmosphere is friendly and inclusive, and as a home worker and someone who has struggled with self doubt, the dynamic between Sam and John goes a way to replacing much missed office banter and the encouragement and advice has kept me going strong. The best gym around especially on a Thursday
Excellent gym with all the equipment you need. Just wish there were large swiss balls to use for situps etc.
