Had a booked appointment at 9 May, 10.00am. However, the clinic was not opened. I’ve tried to call the office but to no avail. Very disappointed as the website allowed us to book an appointment and the google shows that it is open. If the clinic is deemed to be closed, please update the google and your booking systems.
The two front desk ladies are very nice and friendly. The Dr. Aamir is very professional. He doesn’t just provide professional diagnosis and treatment advice for my allergic rhinitis only. He also provides very good suggestions for my health habits. I appreciate the very good service. Thanks!
The lady in charge at the receptionist is not very friendly. Did not want to help with the registration when visited the clinics at 12.30pm, directly asked us to come at 2pm. Then need to request her for possibility of registering for the 2pm slot, was rejected initially then after asking a few times, then only was told ok, but informed there is one patient in front which I do not think is a problem and ready to wait.
The clinic staff are friendly and approachable, which makes visits feel comfortable and welcoming. Dr Jeremy Wee is very friendly and patient, taking the time to listen and explain clearly.
