I’m not sure if the doctor at this branch is qualified… First time visiting this branch and the location and everything seemed nice but she was not willing to listen or even check previous records.
Dr is attentive and listen to your condition. "The Clinic" employ really good Doctors.
I came to the clinic at around 10am on 13 Apr 2026 and had the worst experience with the receptionist with blonde hair 1. I went to ask if it’s my turn to see the doctor, she just replied “what’s your queue number?”. I replied “You didn’t give me any queue number”. And then she just replied “Oh. Then it’s not your turn”. Then 30 seconds later she told me it’s actually my turn. Note that she never once updated the queue number calling on the display either 2. New receptionist Shivani was extremely rude when I showed up at 1.47pm (coz their lunch break is 1 to 2pm) - that’s fine but the attitude was so bad. Then I asked if it’s a female doc coz I prefer to speak to one due to female issues and she told me to come back at 2 again??? I heard you the first time?? I asked a totally different question.
