If you close the queue at 5 and someone walks in before 5 respect the person's time and get them on the freaking queue!!! Otherwise close your darn clinic earlier if your lazy staff and doctors want to be out by 5:30. It's simple, focus on the patient experience and your reviews will get much better. I don't recommend this clinic especially if your child has an emergency in the afternoon. It's seems they only have capacity to have their brain on until about 4 pm.
Hurt my shoulder & walked into the Clinic Group; was seen too by an amazing Doctor and left with an appropriate solution in less than an hour. Speedy, polite and well valued. I would come back here again, nothing negative to say.
Horrible admin service, they keep getting my appointment details wrong, not once, but 3 times!!! Reminder was not consistently sent and there is human error in booking the slot leading to patients missing appointment
I want to share how wonderful the nursing team and Dr. Mervin are at this clinic. I’ve always been afraid of blood tests, but my experience here was completely different. The nurse who took my blood was incredibly caring, gentle, and friendly. She made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and even checked on me afterward to make sure I was okay. Dr. Mervin is equally excellent—professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to his patients. Outstanding care from the entire team. Highly recommend!
This feedback is for the reception, not the doctor. I arrived around 5:25pm with an urgent case of diarrhea and asked if it was still possible to see a doctor or get some medication. The cashier was still open, and other patients were settling their bills with no one else in line. However, the receptionist (a lady with a ponytail and glasses) replied rather curtly that registration was already closed, even after I explained it was an emergency.
