It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review anywhere, but I’m afraid I feel this is deserved. Arriving at the salon, I sat waiting for the stylist I’d been allocated when booking the previous day over the phone, but to my surprise/dismay the same stylist as I’d had previously (and very politely, but clearly requested not to have again when booking the appointment) came and asked what I was having done.
