Jodi took many pictures of our house as it was being built and sent them to us to keep us informed of how things were progressing. She introduced us to the "Hillview Community" and all of its amenities. She was always very professional and went out of her way to answer any questions we had both quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance in buying or selling a property.

When we decided to sell our first home we had Jodi over to talk us through the process and to get an idea of what was out there. She had a professional stager come to our home and help to make the house look it's best for potential buyers. She also gave us some names to call for professional carpet cleaning. I would highly recommend Derek Ryan and his team. Speaking as someone with anxiety, he helped make the process less complicated. Before we even started looking at houses, he sat down with my boyfriend and I and explained each step in the process and a timeline to follow after we would put in an offer. My wife and I used Derek to buy our first house and he was very helpful and responsive to our needs. We had a lot of questions along the way and he was more than happy to answer them for us. Derek took the time to understand what we were looking for, was easy to get in touch with, and knowledgeable about the area and the home buying process. Never once did he not return a phone call or get an answer to my questions. Very patient and understanding in what I needed for me to call a house my home. We hired Jodi after unsuccessfully trying to sell our home for six months with another agent. She made some valuable suggestions, brought in a professional Home Stager, and after we followed their suggestions our home was under contract in less than two months!
