Derek was a great asset through the entire home buying process. This was my first house and I had so many questions and no idea how to find the answers. Derek took the time to outline the whole process and put me at ease along the way. His knowledge, Positivity and Patience were key in making this a great experience!
Pretty solid experience. Met another real estate agent beforehand and it was like night and day. Lewis was always there to get me into a home right away, whenever I needed it and Rebecca was able to answer any questions I had right away. All in all I'd say check it out. The Chris and Caleb team are the best realtors I have ever worked with. They are professional, organized, prompt, efficient, and make the stressful event of selling and moving run smoothly. I especially appreciate the complimentary stager and professional photography. I also loved how they set up all the necessary repairs for me and found the contractors. They also researched repair costs while negotiating repairs on our behalf. I would highly recommend them.
I would highly recommend Derek to anyone looking to buy a home! He took the time to get to know me, my family, and our idea of an ideal home. He was also great about narrowing down our choices and possibilities in order to meet out home needs. The "looking" process was very exciting, yet a smooth process. I was amazed how quickly everything went from our first meeting to making an offer!
