Derek was an extremely great realtor to have for our first home. We had a couple of bumps in the road along the way that caused us to have to pause our search a few times. Derek was always understanding and you could tell that he truly wanted the best for us and wasn't just trying to make a sale. He was also very knowledgable and helpful when it came to making an offer and negotiating. I would highly recommend Derek and his team!

The whole process of selling a home is not easy, especially as a single mother. But Jodi was amazing and helped me every step of the way. She was very responsive whether I emailed, called or texted, she was there and had a sympathetic ear. Jodi and the team did a great job at following up with other realtors after showings and was able to get feedback to help with future showings. I don't ever want to move again...but if I had to I will definitely be calling Jodi Feather.
