From the very beginning Derek and Caleb were great to work with. We started the process a few weeks ago with a happy hour, shortly after the initial meeting we got the ball rolling very quickly. After our second weekend of house searching, we decided to go with a newly constructed home. Both Derek and Caleb helped us start the process and make the connections with the home builders.

We had a very positive experience with Derek (and team) and would highly recommend him. We were moving from out of state with little knowledge of the area and needed to find a home quickly. He was very accessible when it came to scheduling walk throughs and always quick to respond with any questions. Derek genuinely loves real estate and it shows in his positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes for his clients.
