Derek is personable, helpful, and responsive. He was patient with me throughout a long buying process and always looked out for my best interest. I could tell he worked very hard to make sure all my questions were answered adequately and in a timely fashion.

When I needed resolution on a problem or had a question, regardless of the day, they always answered me quickly - and even on a weekends or late at night. Really good team and I will use them again.
