Working with The Chris and Caleb team was a wonderful experience. Within six months Caleb listed and sold our townhouse, Chris/Derek helped us find a new home (unfortunately it had issues), had to terminate our agreement to purchase said home (due to those issues) and helped us quickly find a second home which we eventually settled on with no lapse in our settlement date objectives. I have had an amazing experience with Derek Ryan and Keller Williams. So far my experience with Jodi and her agency has gone well. I found her personable, knowledgeable of the area market, and very responsive. I will be able to write a fuller review once our transaction is completed in full (hence the "adequate" for negotiation).
