The end-result of my experience with Caleb, and his team, was favorable as we had the property under contract after a few weeks of being on the market. With that said, I really felt that the process (as a whole) was impersonal. Once the house was on the market, I never saw Caleb again. I was subsequently handed off to a couple different members of his team to complete the process. We had very specific ideas and desires in mind when it came to our house. We knew this was a forever house for us and we didn't want to compromise on anything. Chris, Ryan and Jodi all walked us through the long process (12 months!) of searching and house hunting. They never made us feel rushed and didn't expect us to settle either. I would highly recommend Derek Ryan and his team. It was a great experience, he has been so helpful and patient with us as we've gone through the process of house-hunting.
