Everyone was wonderful, very communicative, always had time to answer my questions. Our home was small and in a town that was not the most desirable and we thought it would take a year or more to sell, but with Chris and Caleb it only took 3 months!
Chris and Caleb have been wonderful to work with. They answer all of our many questions, help us through the negotiation process to get us the best possible deal on selling and buying a new home. I would absolutely recommend Chris and Caleb to my friends and family.
My husband and I have been working for quite awhile on getting our house ready to sell. The Chris and Caleb Team really made it happen. They provided leads to get cleaning, painting, and staging advice from excellent contractors. They ultimately got us an offer we were happy with and in a short time frame so we could move to a new location.
Experience with the Chris and Caleb team was very good. I would recommend this team to a close friend or relative. One thing I may caution my referral about would be the transaction expectations - specifically communication. Not knowing the transaction manager prior to the experience may result in the client feeling like a burden. The transaction manager could be more pleasant and consistent from the time introduced through closing.

We have been amazingly pleased with the excellent serviced offered by each and every team member of the Chris and Caleb Team. They have made our entire sell-buy process seem simplistic. Their dedication to their work and clients is second to none. We would recommend them over and over again.
We especially liked having a photographer for our home even though we were at a lower price point. It made us feel taken care of. These photos were beautiful and really showed off the charm that we fell in love with when we purchased it. Thank you for the care in every stage of selling our home!
