As other reviewers have said, photos do not do the beauty of this place justice. We spent two nights in Pheasants Flight and it was beyond my hopes. Peace and quiet, stunning views, BBQ and hot tub set up and ready to go, really comfy bed, equipped kitchen (including fresh farm eggs), wood burner set up if you want it, all in your private bit of woodland: you couldn't ask for more for a total wind-down chill-out time. Exactly what we were looking for ! We were in Pheasants Flight Cabin. It was just perfect. We wanted a peaceful place away from everything and that is exactly what we found. They have taken a lot of care to make sure that everything you need is there . The lodge was so comfortable, modern , cozy and rustic at the same time , it was beautifully decorated . We just got back from a 4 night honeymoon stay at the Ridgeway Lodge - we didn't want to leave! Stunning location, peaceful surroundings, complete serenity! Rachel was the perfect host, the lodge was clean and had everything we needed and we will be highly recommending The Chilterns View to family and friends. We've already booked in again for November 💜
A truly amazing place to unwind in a totally relaxing atmosphere. Just got back from a 4 night honeymoon break and loved it so much we're going back for a weekend break in November. Nothing better than chilling in a hot tub and watching a family of deer walk past your cozy cabin first thing in the morning.
