Rude.. we thought it would be a good idea to get a dessert to bring back home. WRONG! The young lady at the front was nice but that’s as far as it goes. Not worth the wait

We received a terrible mess for our to go order tonight, and Cheesecake Factory refused to refund the price or replace the food. They were rude and unhelpful.

I ordered my food today, when my friends did, at 11:30am. My friends received their food in a timely manner. They forgot to place my order so it took one hour before I received my food. They did not comp my food or anything. Terrible service.

Romantic atmosphere with outdoor patio seating , food was delicious, and staff was very attentive.

Our waiter Tyler was Awesome! He made us laugh with his great sense of humor. He checked on us constantly and our food was brought to our table from drinks, appetizers and meals in a timely manner. Our family had a delicious meal and a great time at the Cheesecake Factory!
