ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE SELLING 18K TO THESE PEOPLE! THEY WRONGLY UNDERVALUE 18K! I’d sold 18K gold jewellery at this shop in the last 6 months. Both times, Tracy claimed that some of my gold were not up to 18K but were in fact just 17K. Both times, she offered rates that were just over £1 difference from 18K gold rate for the 17K.I accepted the rate offered as £1 difference wasn’t a big deal. We had heard wonderful things from friends who had come to Chapel Jewellers. I came with my dad and we received such a warm and very friendly welcome. Tracy looked after us beautifully and we received a more than fair price for items we were selling. I would highly recommend coming here first! Thank you so much for everything.
