My barber is truly exceptional. ( Alex ) not only does he have incredible skill and attention to detail, but he also creates an environment that feels welcoming and relaxed. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted with a warm smile and treated with genuine care. Had a pretty bad experience here. The barber asked me to keep looking up the whole time while trimming my beard — no neck support, and it got really uncomfortable quickly. He was also distracted watching something on his phone during the cut. As a result, the beard line under my jaw was uneven and rushed. On top of that, they never mentioned it was a cash-only place until after the trim. Then he asked, “You knew that, right?” — which I obviously didn’t.
