From the moment myself, partner and kids walked into to the showroom the staff were fantastic. Emma was patient and kind to the kids and distracted them while we picked out our flooring. Rich was brilliant he measured the kids and had them laughing and enjoying themselves in what would have been a boring experience for them looking at flooring. We have been buying carpet from Bogans for over 40 years. Still the same great service and prices. The fitters were excellent. They called to let us know when they were about 40 minutes away. Carpet fitted expertly. Very happy with the result.
Refused to provide CCTV following a serious accident outside the showroom at the junction of Welsh Road caused by a drug driver using their car park to bypass waiting traffic at a red light. Car park barriers should be installed and the company should support active Police investigations in future. Horrendous.
