I have just come home from hospital I had a stroke. Steve went around a few carpet shops and came back praising Baildon Carpet Company. Our original floor was just sanded floorboards which were great when I was mobile but now we need a very smooth floor. Tom and the lady at the shop were incredibly helpful and considerate. I recently opened a new shop and needed some new flooring, I had lot of recommendations for the carpet company so thought I'd pop in. As soon as I walked in Judith was super helpful, showing me samples and asking lots of questions. Tom then also popped in and explained everything. He measured the space and gave me a couple of options depending on budgets/timing. I had a difficult deadline to hit and Tom was finished 3 days earlier than expected. We had an absolutely brilliant service from Tom and team. We visited the shop to look for some LVT flooring for our hall, lounge and kitchen and Tom was really knowledgeable and helpful. Tom visited our home to measure the space and provided a quote which we were very happy with. The work was completed to a really high standard and we are so pleased with it. Communication with Tom was great and we are really pleased to use a local service, would highly recommend and use again.
