Tom and his team are an excellent group of flooring experts. From consultation to final fit they are professional, conscientious and insightful. We've had numerous rooms floored from by them and have been delighted every time.

I have just come home from hospital I had a stroke. Steve went around a few carpet shops and came back praising Baildon Carpet Company. Our original floor was just sanded floorboards which were great when I was mobile but now we need a very smooth floor. Tom and the lady at the shop were incredibly helpful and considerate. Tom gave Steve samples of LVT to bring home to show me. I have chosen the cheapest and it is fabulous, it has made such a difference. I recently opened a new shop and needed some new flooring, I had lot of recommendations for the carpet company so thought I'd pop in. As soon as I walked in Judith was super helpful, showing me samples and asking lots of questions. Tom then also popped in and explained everything. He measured the space and gave me a couple of options depending on budgets/timing. I had a difficult deadline to hit and Tom was finished 3 days earlier than expected.
