Sold my car to these, after agreeing a price (which was already low) he wanted to knock me down again on collection. Firstly tried with the service history, saying I didn’t have all of it until I proved it to him that I did, then said 2 of my alloys must have been refurbished at different times because he could see a colour difference; this wasn’t true, they were both refurbished on the same morning whilst I was there.
