Amazing gym, I love it! I have had three babies all in quite quick succession and the Cabin have rebuilt my body after each. I feel strong and fit and it comes through in every aspect of my life.

Can't recommend The Cabin strongly enough. Without exception the team are friendly, supportive, attentive, sociable; and fun to train with. They'll push you to the level you want - and more if you let them. I've been coming for 15 years now, initially for help with a slipped lower disc in my back - which I'd previously been treating with Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Steroid injections etc for 2 years with no long-term gain - within 2 weeks of core work at the (then Little Library), it recovered and I have had no issues since. ... read more

The Cabin is a great gym - small but mighty! The workouts are efficient and effective and the trainers are all fantastic - they really get to know you, make sure you progress, and never do the same thing from one session to another. I started coming here after mat leave, and it was always easy to squeeze in a few sessions a week even with work and family. The whole team is flexible and friendly and I couldn't recommend them enough!

This is a great gym and a hidden gem in Barnes. Every session is like personal training. Claudio is the best coach ever, and pushes you to the next level!
