Calked in before going for a curry next door. Lively pub, good service.
First visit for us and we're very impressed with your food, drinks and service. We'll see you again on our next visit. I've now given five stars for the room we stayed in from 22nd to the 25th of March. Small and cosy was room 5 but. It was spotlessly clean with serviced every morning. My family and I were really impressed with your hospitality, breakfast, rooms. Nothing was too much trouble for your staff they are truly a credit to you and their trade. Lovely traditional pub. Well situated for a stay in the lakes. Rooms are well maintained and very comfortable. Food was excellent and the prices are reasonable. Lovely friendly staff who are happy to impart local knowledge.
